- 1.2 Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- 1.3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items.
